  Not that great of a place. I think they should concentrate on improvements to the steam room and sauna.

  My feet has been cut by a big glass today in the changing room wet floor！The stuff is very irresponsible！ I have to go hospital by myself. And pay all the cost！

  Nice charming Building. They have even some nice vintage chairs. It's like time traveling.

  It's just not the place I would call a spa. This one has more the charme of a hospital with dedicated sperated treatments... The modern world (other spas I am used too) gives you nowadays a bit easier access to salt rooms, pools and saunas. Here everything is separated and only accessible if prebooked before (except the pool with one tiny sauna)... anyway even this could be improved as I didn't feel welcome at all...

  This place is not very organzied. They have a brochure that gives you a nice description of their services/treatments but when we decided to get a massage, we were told that not all services were available in the afternoon . They could have told us that earlier. So I made back-to-back appointments to have a "pearl bath" and "glove paraffin treatment." My first appointment was for the "paraffin treatment" on Sept 7, 2017 around 3 pm. The nurse came out where I was waiting. She looked at my receipt and asked me to "wait a moment." There had been another person waiting as well (an elderly gentleman) and he was asked to go into the room. The nurse never came back to get me and when I knocked on the door (20 minutes later) she said I had missed my appointment . How shameful on her part to "pretend" that she never saw me. I guess she wanted to leave early that day--so be aware that their staff may not be reliable. Placha Marie (the person who refunded my money) was not happy that she had to do a refund and she certainly didn't offer a notable company apology either. I got my refund and went to my pearl bath appointment (thankfully it went well since I really needed to calm down). I have never had someone not honor an appointment in my travels.
