  Früher war das Hotel super. Jetzt auch noch sauber, aber das war's. Kein Deutsch. Essen kaum Auswahl. Frühstück super. Badewanne Stopfen undicht. Nur eine kleine Heizung lauwarm, ansonsten alles kalt. Es ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war.

  Все понравилось. Отель прекрасно расположен, в паре шагов от центральной Коллонады.Великолепный вид из окна. Отлично офрмлены ресторан, бар.. Персонал отеля очень приветливый, компетентный. Процедуры, однако, нам не удалось получить, они не входили в комплекс оплаченных нами услуг, т.к. время пребывания в отеле было меньше недели. Экстра оформить их не получилось, да это и не входило сильно в наш план, хотя "осадочек" остался. Хороший компактный бассейн. Джакузи. Сауна, правда, за отдельную плату. Русский бильярд! Правда не стандартный, но играть можно. Бесплатно. Настольный теннис. Фитнесзал. Номер приличный, всё необходимое имеется. Платяной шкаф с раздвижными дверями, правда, как-то не уверенно функционировал (требует ремонта), но это мелочи. Общее впечатление осталось хорошее. Спасибо.

  Sniadania byly dobre pokoje w miare czyste. Obsluga (poza recepcja) nie rozumie po czesku slowacki ani niemiecku poza rosyjskim to ciezko sie dogadac, mimo ze to nie ten kraj.... basen mial byc do 20 a tu nagle jest tylko do 19... w barze czekalismy na kelnerke ponad 20 min i nic... sprzataczka juz weszla do naszego pokoju o 10 bo chce sprzatac nie uslyszalem zeby ktos zapukal.. na koniec okazalo sie ze za parking musze zaplacic 15e za dzien gdzie przy meldowaniu ani rezerwacji nie zostalem poinformowany.. nie jestesmy zadowolni z pobytu...

  Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Promenade, nahe dem Sprudel. Somit kann man Karlsbad perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, wir hätten zwar einen Parkplatz inklusive gebucht , aber es wären keine mehr vorhanden, das war für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Es blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als auf eigene Kosten ein Parkhaus zu suchen. Dieses Erlebnis führt zu meiner 3 in der Bewertung. Das Zimmer (Superior) war sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war typisches Standartfrühstück, welches ich von einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarte. Zusammenfassend würde ich sagen, ich würde beim nächsten mal, gleich ein günstigeres Hotel in dieser Kategorie buchen und hätte dann trotz zusätzlichen Parkgebühren noch gespart.

  The hotel is well located and has very nice views. The room was quite big with a comfortable mattress. There is a good selection of warm dishes and delicious cakes at the breakfast. I would add some more vegetables, though. The breakfast is only until 10 am.However, there are two things that make me wonder if this is a real 4-star hotel. The first big drawback is the cleaning service. Our bedding hasn't been changed for 5 days!! Moreover, the cleaning ladies once knocked on our door before 9 am and twice while coming back to our room after breakfast we had to wait as it was the moment when they were cleaning our room. The cleaning service usually works during the day when guests are busy. Second, some members of staff don't behave in a professional way. On the day of checking-out (15th August), we were unkindly treated by the receptionist who called our room asking us "where are you" when we still had 30 minutes to check out. When I told him that we are almost ready but there is still time, he simply hung up on me without even saying goodbye. On the other hand, a lady receptionist and one male receptionist (coming from Ukraine) were very nice and helpful. The underground parking is cool but pricey.
