  5star hotel? Don’t think so... - Stuff doesn’t speak English (porters, at the spa, some others)... 21 century, 5stars hotel, EU.... really? - Spa center is absolutely horrible: at first I couldn’t get appointment because the receptionist was in a break with the written paper on her desk like “will be back in 30 min due to lunch”. What’s that?!?!?! There are no other specialists who could fulfill such a difficult function? - while getting an appointment at spa something didn’t work at the computer, then some other clients and doctors came for a chat and I was just waiting and waiting... with no excuses - masseurs were terrible... no hello, please, thank you etc. During one of my relax aroma massages I was listening to Czech news... seriously? You don’t have any relaxation music? Aroma, classic or any other massage is done the same easy with the face which wants to kill you - way to Spa is through the garage... not very pleasant walk with a newborn after a swim in bathrobes - there were no black tea bags in the room so I’ve asked for one. Instead they brought tea and charged 12 euro - every time we needed an elevator it was used by room cleaning service who btw do not know that they are supposed to say hi - we were waiting for a baby bed, and couple of hours the linen for this bed was thrown onto the chair in a hall. Horrible-horrible hotel! We had a better experience in 2-3 stars!

  The hotel is located in an excellent quiet place of Karlovy Vary. If you want you can walk in the most beautiful forest area near the hotel. Sawoy Westend Hotel has a big swimming pool. If you want you can get various cosmetic procedures. There is friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, there is a kettle, a coffee maker, a set for tea, coffee, etc in the room.

  Everything about this place is first class! The rooms were clean and cozy. From the dinner buffet and tea to the breakfast. The spa and sauna services were adequate for a weary traveler. The pool and sauna were open till 10pm or 22:00. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again.

  Room was big and comfortable, complimentary tea, coffee, water included. Staff is professional and helpful. Location is secluded enough but still just a few minutes away from the major sights. Access from the villa we were staying in touch the Spa is through the garage which is very uncomfortable and strange for a 5 star hotel. Also some of the breakfast items were well beneath the quality expected from this class of the accommodation. For example the cheapest single serving butter and the lowest quality jams.
