  Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, always well stocked. The room was in need of updating. The water in the shower could not keep a consistent temperature, bouncing between to hot and to cool. I couldn't get the a/c to stay where I set it, it kept resetting itself to 24 degrees C.

  A comfortable stay with value for money. Staff could improve their understanding of English to better communicate with foreign visitors.

  We reserved two rooms for two couples, when we arrived, we were told due to technical issues they don't have the rooms for us. It took us really long to persuade them we all do not want to share one room/have each couple in a different hotel. They moved us all to another hotel in the end but we had to move back again the next night. I would have been fine with it if the receptionists wouldn't act as if this was our fault and that we are a nuisance. I was really surprised at the low amount of power sockets (you could find three but that would mean unplugging a lamp and the refrigerator). Since we were told this is a business hotel (as an explanation to why they don't have double beds available) I would have expected better. Othewise the hotel was clean, comfortable and close to the fair grounds. I would have rated it 5/5 if it wasn't for the behaviour of the staff.

  Short: Staff: 10/10 Out 4/10 In 7/10 Room 5/10 Food 10/10 View 8/10 __________ Result: 7,34/10 Long: For the protocol, i am just an ordinary guest and not a tester. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the ladies at the reception are always there to help you with whatever problem or question you have. The breakfast is a very big, fresh and tasty buffet where everyone will be satisfied. The outer appearance of the hotel is of an a little bit older plate building and seems not as nice from near than from afar, but as you enter the main entrance you will be stunned by beautiful interieur and architecture. We were in a middle class priced room at the seventh floor. The view over Brno is wonderful, the room itself is very clean but not that overwhelming, there is the entrance with a closet, one bigger room with a double bed which is sadly not in one part so you always got this gap when you as for example want to cuddle your girlfriend. The bathroom is very small and without a socket. You get a safe and a little freezer for your drinks. If you want to smoke you should ask for a room with a balcony or it will be your fate to always go to the entrance. Thanks for reading, i hope i helped you with your decision. Greetings Pär

  We had a nice time there. It’s a quiet hotel with clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, receptionist spoke fluently English. Nice selection at the breakfast buffet. We would come back anytime again :)
