  Good location for us, not far from tramline 1, so easy to get into town. Warm and cosy, though I found the bed too hard, about a quarter of the downlights needed replacing, some of the kitchen appliances had seen better times, and the bathroom fittings could do with replacing. It didn't have a microwave, but did have a washing machine which came in handy.
