  Very nice flat. Conveniently located. Only drawback for me was too many steps and excessive street noise.

  The apartment is fine, it has some broken things and it is noisy. The location is pretty good. The worst is that you are forced to go for the keys to a place where you lose 3 hours, in addition the deposit is not returned until after 3 days, nobody checks with you, what is in the room when you check-in or when you checkout. Therefore it is not a practical place or comfortable because it makes you lose time and gives you worries. I do not recommend it, it is better to look for something a little more expensive but with more facilities. Maybe for very long stays it is better for 3 or 4 days not.
