  Always fast, the clerks are polite. The company is very bureaucratic and old school, demanding you fill paper forms all the time with information they already have.

  Been to this office many times over numerous years ,always received good speedy service ,unlike Mr Patterson . He would have no problem if as a non Czech speaker he took along a translator .

  I honestly cannot think of anything positive to say about this place. Typically poor customer user experience. Staff unwilling to help and none seem to speak any language other than Czech at a passable level. Horrific client website to boot. I'm a client but I'm nervous about the day when I actually need to rely on these people to provide me with a life or death type of assistance. Incredibly limited hours. Understanding how much to pay and the method for paying them remains a mystery to me.

  I have visited this place several times and I haven't experienced anything like other reviewers. It is possible I was lucky, but in my case it was a fast process without any unnecessary delays and the staff is nice.
