  Refused to renew contract, because I had a stomach problem. Not compliant with EU laws, don't use.

  Velice spatna zkusenost. Nedoporucuji podepisovat jakekoliv smlouvy s touto pojistovnou. V pripade pojistne udalosti najdou duvody proc drziteli pojistky nic nezaplatit.

  Naprosto neprofesionální a laxní přístup. Klamání zákazníka pojistkami "na blbost" na produkty zakoupené u O2, nevyhoví Vám i přes to, že si platíte měsíční poplatky za pojistku, která vám říká, že "ikdyž telefon sami rozbijete, my opravíme". Nedoporučuji nikomu!

  They offer competitive prices and it is always MUCH cheaper if you buy your insurance at their own office rather than from their website online. There is usually someone at the office that can speak English and you will get your insurance in your hands in less than 10 minutes. I have not yet had any experience 'using' the insurance at any hospital/clinic in Prague, but as far as the prices go Maxima gives you the cheapest insurance.
