Bad experience with Europcar in Prague. Our diesel car need to refill adblue at the middle of my road trip, i called to Europcar and they told me to refill 2 litres and claim back from them. At the end, they refuse to refund to me. I am not suppose to help Europcar to maintain the car and they suppose give me the car with full service. Never come back to use their service. They are cheater and liar.

We were dumbfounded by what a good experience that we had renting a car from this branch. We had picked Europcar because the rental office was extremely close to our hotel and they had an okay rate for a one way rental to Vienna. The night before we were to leave they apologetically called me to let me know that the car that we had rented was unavailable, but that they had another slightly smaller car available, which they would rent to us at a substantial discount. The substituted car was excellent. It was a new Audi and came with all of the luxury features including a very good navigation package. The car also came with the required stickers for driving on Czech and Austrian highways. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The other people in the office knew the situation with the car substitution, were very helpful to the point of even loading the suitcases into the car for us and showing us the features of the car. They already understood that our credit cards carried rental insurance and that we would not need any additional insurance. Our only complaint was that the Vienna after-hours drop-off did not offer simple instructions what we were supposed to do when dropping off the car.
