::I reserved a car for the weekend but when the day came to pick it up... It turned out no car was available and this was after I was promised either one of two cars. I WAS NOTIFIED THAT SAME MORNING, which gave me no time to find another company. This was inconvenient as I had already booked everything for the weekend, hotel, tour guides, restaurant reservations and etc. Company is disorganized.

::Very good car rental. Pavel is a nice guy and the cars are of decent quality. After we rented a car for a day we found it more convenient to give it back late in the evening and this was no problem on a very short notice.
