::Při reklamaci služeb (plstěná léga kabátu byla po vyčištění po celém svém povrchu pokryta chlupatou vrtsvou) jsem se setkala s nepříjemnou a drzou reakcí nejen personálu, ale i ředitelky Dagmar Janatové, která mne obvinila ze lži a dokonce z toho, že jsem záměrně přinesla poškozené oblečení, abych si reklamací opatřila prostředky na nákup oblečení nového. Naprosto neprofesionální a nepřijatelný přístup! Nedopodučuji tyto služby a hazardním povahám radím oděvy před čištěním vyfotit!

::I have never been there personally I just send there clothes. The driver is always very nice and the cleaning is perfect. Never damaged anything, unlike other cleaners. And the price is better with the delivery than when i take my clothes here to a mall cleaners.

::We sent three pair of trousers to clean some coffee stains and massage oil but nothing changed after cleaning. Also it took them 15 min to find them. Better try a different dry cleaning
