    Very pathetic service. I am sure I will not use it ever again and I would not recommend anyone to use it. I had booked a car at there center at main train station Prague. Once I signed the contract I was informed to go to the parking and that the car keys will be provided by the person there. But once I reached there the person there informed me that the car is still not there and it is expected to be there in 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I went back to the reservesation counter. Person there was so un professional he was not even willing to cancel the booking. After waiting for almost 1 hour and only after having an argument the person cancelled the booking. Just to add I was not the only one facing this problem. There was another person who was waiting for a car for more than 1 hour. He was lucky than me as he atleast got the car after one hour of waiting So I would recommend to book car from service provider like sixt. They charge a bit more but for sure provide a much better service than budget rental. Still if someone tries to book via budget rental, one should ensure to atleast see the keys before signing the contract. This would save you some hassle. But still be ready for surprise. As one one of the family there had got the keys but the car was very dirty as it just had been returned. So they had to argue at reception to get the car cleaned and also to get the pick up time updated in the contract So if you plan to book a car from budget rental, be ready for an adventure:) For me I had to cancel my trip today and so utilized the same in writing such big review for the agency. Hope it helps someone and save one from going through such torture.

    Very good quick service. I took full cover with zero excess. The only drawback was to find the car park. Wish they had better directions to the parking lot. The car was new with just 2k kms on the odometer. I returned the car in Vienna, did not take too long to return. Deposit on credit card was unblocked in a couple of days. Very good experience overall.

    The staffs at the reception (in the train station) did not give out the key directly, they informed us to pick up the car key inside the car park. Took me 30 mins to find the staffs inside the carpark. There is a sign indicating 2 ways which are ‘pick up’ and ‘return’. Turns out the way to ‘return’ is where the staffs (who keep the car key) are. Cars giving out are usually huge different to the ones you saw and book online (even they are in the same ‘class’ according to them). Staffs WILL NOT initiate the inspection of the car. RMB to inspect the car carefully and take photos of scratches and damages!

    I had no any issues with their service. I've spent approx 40 minutes to pick up a car. It was not easy to find both the office and car parking. I wish to have them better directions somewhere to find office and parking. The car was new (literally new) and better than I booked. Car return was fast. I had an issue with fuel indicator which didn't show that it is full, but I provide the receipt from nearest gas station and it was accepted. Funds on credit card were unblocked in approx 10 days.

    Kinda hard to find inside the train station, but the staff was friendly, spoke perfect English, gave us all info we needed and were fast too. The only thing that got me a bit worried was that the card blocking took two weeks to release, but I suppose it is normal to happen. Would rent again for sure.
