  Beware! No returns. Cute shoes but even if you bring them back the next day, nothing they can do for you but give you a different size. Entire receipt is in czech so I figured they’d have some sort of return policy. Just sharing my experience to help any other non-Czech speakers avoid a non-refundable purchase (for example if you can’t fit it in your bag for further traveling like was my situation). Customer service was okay otherwise in terms of check out but I wish the no returns policy was highlighted during that process.
