  Really great experience ! We were able to find a place to rent within a week and the contract was signed the next one. Our agent, Věra, was able to notice which type of flat we liked and continue to suggest new options until we found the perfect fit. She was very professional and easy going. Surely we will continue to work with them.

  Quick answer via email, however viewing was cancelled 3 hours before agreed appointment. The information about cancellation was only provided after I asked for another confirmation that the appointment will take place.

  Avoid. Agents are just interested in commission and will not follow through with any promises or commitments once the sale has been processed. 6 months after the sale, and a defect that was pointed out at the time of the sale has *still* not been solved despite promises to do so.
