::Come here and relax ;) its directly in the city center but its hidden, the garden is beautiful with all of those trees and birds - wonderful place after a long walk through this city. The service is friendly and nice ;) we had cakes and we never ate such good cakes... you will never find a better place for coffee and cake - not on vienna or munich or somewhere else

::Beautiful place with terrible service. Everyone who work there doesn’t listen to customers (our blond old lady 2 times just turned around and goes away, when I was asking her advice), she was talking like she is the queen of the whole universe. Me and my friend just wanted to enjoy our coffee, but we were totally disappointed.

::Very poor experience at the restaurant. Even though the food was nice , the service was terrible. When we got to the restaurant, we noticed an outside area and asked to be seated there. They refused to seat us saying that the area was for reservations only. The space remained almost completely empty for the entirety of the meal. Then when I ordered a vegetarian dish, and it arrived, it was the wrong dish (it was a meat dish). The server insisted that I ordered it and I had to have it even though it was clearly a mistake. The manager came over and rather than listening to the problem, she started the conversation with a very rude "calm down". Once they finally listened, they realized their mistake and instead of offering an apology they gave us two measly cookies and 2 discount coupons for breakfast which we did not accept. The whole situation could have been de-escalated with a simple apology that was clearly beyond them. Very dissapointed and definitely not recommending this if you are looking for a good experience to go along with your food.
