  Polite english-speaking staff. Stylish interior. Coffee may be good but severely overpriced, though the Wi-Fi is free and really fast.

  I am in no doubt a Starbucks lover. This Starbucks, however, always leaves me disappointed. Not only is it almost impossible to connect to the wifi (upwards of a half an hour to connect), but the lack of normal tables one could potentially work on (expect the large one in the middle, which is ALWAYS occupied) is uncomfortable. And as a cherry on top, my debit card (which is from a Czech bank) seems to malfunction here and when I pay the payment is received in euros instead of Czech crowns. Upon asking whether this can be changed I was told it can not, but that "it is strange that a Czech card does this, but that the exchange rate is better than of the McDonalds next door." This is a slight rip-off, but okay...Next time it may be better to go next door to McDonalds... More and better seating, payment in crowns, music is not too loud and immediately accessible wifi is available. P.S. The toilets....no comment :( (Edit: the toilet situation has improved immensely - apparently I went there originally on a bad day).

  I loved Starbucks ob I.P. Pavlova Street. Specially Alice and Bogi are the best!

  Excellent costumer support, they speak english fluently. A lot of space downstairs.
