Do Prokopského údolí jsme vyrazili s nordic holemi a všichni jsme spokojené.

Amazing natural reservation, great for walks, bike rides etc., it is also suitable for small kids as there are playgrounds. There are some cars present, however they are very rare and the speed limit is reasonably low.

Great place with many wonderful views. Piece of real nature in the middle of Prague. Perfect area for walking with dogs, running, biking and BBQ (a lot of fireplaces). In the early hours, It's really quiet. You have to try it!

The Prokop Valley is one of the most beautiful places in Prague, one can not believe that it is actually in the center of Prague all the time. The valley, whose canyon reaches depths of up to 70 meters and has been the cause of erosion during the last millions of years, is an illustration of the geological evolution of the rocks from the Upper Ordovician to the Middle Devon. Steep limestone rocks, abandoned quarries and dark caves that hide the remains of prehistoric animals and humans. Quarries are important paleontological sites.
