  Per quanto riguarda il giro verde niente da eccepire, ma vorrei che si facesse notare ai futuri probabili acquirenti che il giro rosso non è altro che un tour degli alberghi di lusso della città! Ciò significa che, a meno che non si desideri vedere il parcheggio dell'hotel Holiday Inn o dell'Ibis Praha Smíchov o similari, il tour rosso è del tutto inutile!!! Per cui il pacchetto 48 ore è superfluo: sarebbe sufficiente acquistare il tour verde e la crociera sulla Moldava

  guide had such strong accent that it was a struggle to understand him. tour was good but not a lot to see in city. too much graffiti and smoking nave ruined much beauty. Terezin- excellant and informative guide. well done

  We had an excellent experience with this company on tours away from Prague. We went on three tours with very good guides and nice transportation. If we had a little more time, we would have gone on a couple of additional tours with them. We are glad that our hotel recommended them because we might not have found them on our own.

  Im torn on this company. We took a day trip tour from Prague to Dresden Germany which was actually pretty good. The city was amazing, the company delivered on everything they promised, and the guide was great. We enjoyed the day so much that we decided to book another tour with the same company: Premiant. Unfortunately, they did not even come close to living up to the new experience. We booked for a evening river tour with dinner via Prague. Where do I even begin with all the errors. First off, we met at the designated area. We arrived early at the designated departure zone, but ended up waiting and waiting to leave for some unknown reason (the assumption is they were trying to sell more tickets). We arrived at the boat late and were rushed it. Literally the second our foot hit the boat, the doors shut and the boat started moving before we could even sit. Then we were shown to our table. What a mess. The tables were way too small for the number of people on the table, you had to squeeze in and push you chair all the way up to even get to be "on the table". We were not told that we were sharing tables with strangers. Had I known that, I would have bought out the table, or selecting mother cruise line that we saw floating by with private tables. The food was horrible buffet style. Your choice was french fries, rice, chicken and pudding. Would you like a drink with dinner? Perhaps a soda or water? No problem, but that is not included (even though it was advertised as included). On the way back, we were delayed for approximately 45 minutes due to mechanical problems. Oh and if you expect to be picked up after the cruise as advertised (return transport to your hotel), you can forget that too. Not only are you NOT delivered to your hotel, you are not even delivered anywhere. You get off the boat at night in a foreign city and pretty much are stranded to deal with things on your own. Oh and if you have a question, they are great with communication until you pay, but after, you get the standard auto email that says "thanks for your inquiry, well get back to you". I guess once they have your money in hand, they don't care. I highly do NOT recommend Premiant, but if you decide to use them, make sure that you clearly get all of your questions and expectations confirmed and be prepared to be over promised and under delivered.

  We purchased the excursion to Kutna Hora - next time, I will just hire a car and go on my own! The highlight of the trip was supposed to be the bone church. Well, we get there, and we have all of 10 minutes to run around and take what pictures we can before we get back in the bus. The tour guide was on a mission, and didn't allow us to stop and take pictures - we're tourists, for crying out loud!! And if you wanted to purchase anything, you were pretty much out of luck; there was no stopping anywhere unless it was on the schedule, and the schedule didn't have time for shopping. We had 40 minutes of free time at the end, but there was no way to get back to some of the places we went in that time. I have been on guided tours before, and it was NOTHING like this. They picked us up at our hotel, so it was assumed they would drop us off as well - not the case! We were dropped off in the middle of Prague to find our own way back. Absolutely terrible service and experience!
