  Nice bus stop. Free WiFi, toilets, baggage storage (you can pay later! So don't worry if you haven't had any Czech Koruna yet), benches, and electric plugs available. Very accessible to tram and Metro to the more beautiful part of Prague. Information screen of bus arrivals and departure is a bit inaccurate, though.

  Clean and convenient for tourists. There is low WiFi signal and it’s closed from midnight until morning. Metro and tram stops are nearly.

  You will have some problem if you are not from chez republic because from here you will not be able to buy metro ticket in any of your currency.. but after crossing the station in a kiosk you can get that easily...

  Bus station was easy to find. Had no problems at all and staff were helpful in pointing me to my bus.

  Good. Departures are very often on time. Effective Staff. Info point is ready to help and communicative.
