In general clean hotel, far from the center but if you have business in this area is ok for a night ir two. The toilet and bathroom are separated and this for me was not that good. The nights there are very noisy when you open the window because of the cars and the tram. The breakfast was Ok, nothing special.

Nice, Clean and friendly staff.Has an attached Restaurant\Bar with a nice selection of meals/Fajitas to traditional beef flank/doughbread with gravy, whipped cream and cranberry jelly. The rooms are well furnished with excellent bath/shower seperate W.C . Air conditioning . A short tram ride (no 6) takes you into the centre of Prague.

Clean and warm, but the service was unenthusiastic and the breakfast choices weren't the best. Also, it is well outside the tourist part of the city, requiring a ten minute walk to the metro, followed by two trains to the old town.

Good hotel, with quick links to the city centre. Clean, nice, good breakfast, friendly personnel, rooms with a "vintage" air, reminding you of 20 century. Good experience overall!

Based in what looks like an old communist building, the Plaza Alta is nothing special. It's about 6.5km from Prague old town but it's on the tram routes 6 and 12. The bedrooms are small and quiet with spartan furnishings. The lights barely work (they emit a light glow, leaving the room mostly in darkness). The food is serviceable but lacks some of the basics. For example; there is no toaster in their breakfast buffet. The restaurant food is better than the food served to coach groups however it is somewhat misleading. A T-bone steak here, for example is pork. The staff are reasonably friendly but will not accept Euros, even though most other places in the country do. There is a supermarket within a 1km walk.
