  Terrible complaints handling. It's nice they have a fair default policy, but if the guy is ignorant and unable to even acknowledge your problem, it's not. Spent 5 minutes talking into a wall that just wanted me out of their shop, as they are obviously above such lowly problems. Next time, I'd prefer buying the (otherwise great) product from actual humans, or someone able to solve problems.
