  Не об этой именно квартире, но о данном подъезде: если соберетесь снимать тут жилье, учтите, что утром безумно гремят мусоросборщики, т.к. баки напротив двери, толпы не трезвых туристов проходят по перекрестку и орут песни всю ночь, а магазинчик угловой работает до 12 ночи, и его посетители вам тоже не дадут спать. Вобщем, акустика тут - что надо! :)

  I LIVED at Andant for 9 months. The owners are crooks who find foreigners and abuse their trust. I believe that the people who stay for less than a week don't have problems, but everybody in the building who stayed for a substantial amount of time faced problems: 1. Landlord/Owner coming into apartment without warning. He walked in on my roommate while she was changing clothes. 2. Broken appliances -- The landlord doesn't fix anything that breaks. Even the 70 year old stove that stopped working... he said it was the tenants fault. 3. Hidden Fees -- He will overcharge you and threaten to kick you out or call police if you won't pay. 4. Steals deposit -- Don't expect to get any deposit back. At all. 5. Unsafe living conditions -- the elevator was always breaking down, and the landlord never rushed to fix it. No hot water. Sometimes no water at all. electricity goes out. Bugs. heating doesn't work well (if at all). Please don't stay here. There are better places for just as god of a price.
