  V roce 1348 založil pražskou univerzitu český král a římský císař Karel IV. Měla čtyři fakulty artistickou, teologickou, lékařskou a právnickou. Během své mnohaleté existence zažila doby slávy a úpadku. Roku 1882 byla univerzita rozdělena na českou s německou a od roku 1897 byla dána možnost studia také ženám.

  One of the best universities , and well ranked by finacial times . I had the opportunity to study there as an erasmus student in 2016 !

  Uno de los lugares mas emblematicos de Praga que ha visto pasar eminencias como Albert Einstein quien trabajo como docente, es la primera universidad de amarlos y fue mandada a construir por Karen IV emperador del sacro imperio Romano Germanico.
