::We booked the SUITE LUX on the hotel's own website six months ahead. It is important to know that their cancellation policy is the about the harshest I have ever seen. Yet, when we arrived, we were given the wrong/lesser room, without even mentioning it to us. We had to go to the reception ourselves and the receptionist was playing dumb, although we had their own issued voucher. we were told there was a 'mix up'. Only after our continued displeasure, we were later approuched by a manager, who was sorry but inadvertently admitted that there was a different party in the room, who were staying for more nights than we would have. We were offered free dinner that night and 10% discount on our room rate. Needles to say that we were very dissatisfied by the experience and would never return or recommend the hotel. It was not about the money for us, it was about the experience and their completely spoiled it for us. We were counting on the kitchenete and view of the mountains and had none. Given our early booking and their cancellation policy and yet their disregard for the commitment, this was my worst experience ever with any accommodation anywhere in the world, and we had traveled quite a lot. Not even mentioning the cool pool, inadequate parking, late starting time for breakfast etc. I bet there had to be better options in Spindleruv mlyn.

::Terribble customer service. They cancelled our reservation without a proper notice. The reception staff are unkind and unhelpful. Staff barely talks in english. Not recommended.

::The service is good and friendly, rooms are nice and clean (very comfortable bed), the wellness center is very nice and the massage we got was one of the best I've had. But above everything is the food (we were on a HB basis). Breakfast is rich and tasty and dinner is absolutely wonderful. Every day was different, with amazing soups great main dishes and very good deserts. We will definitely be back!
