  Pokoje jsou čisté a celkem utulne. Problém je ale s personálem. Po 22:00 hodině vas bez asistence policie dovnitř nepustí. Ostraha ani neví, že v budově nějaký hotel je. Otřesné! Snídaně stoji za nic. Restaurace permanentně nefunkční. Doporučuji se ubytovat jinde.

  Snídaně hrůzy, kdyby bylo alespoň čerstvé pečivo... Jinak koupelna čistá i pokoj, až na jednu umatlanou stěnu od čehosi, ale to na funkci přespat a osprchovat se, neubírá... Postel pohodlná :-)

  Goud price, good rooms, simple good breakfast, far the centre of city, not all receptionists speak english.

  Our stay in the Hotel Akord was a huge disappointment from the beginning to the end. I got a terrible skin rash after the first night in the bed and spiders were crawling over the ceiling. The breakfast was minimalist and you had the feeling that socialism never left the building. The staff was very unfriendly and they nearly hound us out of the house. When you overrun their unusual checkout-time just for 5 minutes they start ringing on your telephone in the room. All in all staff with bad manners and you doesn't feel welcome as a foreigner. You can take every hotel in Ostrava but not Hotel Akord!
