  It's not just a haircut you get here. It's an experience. It's a full treat; from the beautiful interior, to the warm welcome with your choice of alcoholic drink, coffee and water, to the friendly and well represented staff, to the great professional full service, it's just fantastic and well worth the time and money spent. The only downside is that they don't accept cards, and also some of the staff are not as experienced as others, but I guess that's pretty much the case with any new start-up business.

  If you want a professional and unbeatable customer service and a really great hair cut, this is the place for you. You will have the opportunity to relax with a drink or a coffee and have a great chat with the polite and kind staff. Definitely a must try and I'm pretty sure it will not be just a one time visit.

  My last day in Prague. Had a highly positive experience at the gentlemen’s barbershop. Super friendly staff. Very professional service. To all the men visiting Prague, include a visit to this barbershop and give yourself a treat!!!!

  I arrived at the time of my appointment but then had to wait fifteen minutes before getting my hair cut. She first washed my hair with cold water (and no sign of the head massage advertised on the website). I showed the hairdresser a picture of what I wanted and tried to explain and she just nodded and then proceeded to shave all the hair on my sides off, which I was hoping to save. At that point I lost complete confidence in her. So when she started butchering the longer hair at the back of my head, I had to tell her to stop and I just left. They were obviously very customer-minded, because they were very friendly and apologetic; they desperately wanted to see how they could make up for it. And the hair-cut probably would've been ok. But I felt like the damage was already done and that if I was paying for a pricier hair-cut I wanted it to be more than ok. They put it down to misunderstanding because of the use of English language, but I feel like that's an awkward excuse since the reason I chose that particular hairdresser was because on their website it said she was an English-speaker (she was really struggling with English). Obviously, I didn't pay for it.

  I loved it ! Great experience. From receptionist Jana, to Marek the hairdresser, everything went perfectly fine. Took care of me beard and hair, big time. Very professional, great skills. One place, again, where I'll come back when in Prague, hopefully. I'll miss that.
