  Tak pokud vím, v Karolinské je centrála, takže tam by mě rozhodně nenapadlo jít řešit záležitosti kolem smlouvy. Tam sídlí vedení společnosti. O zákazníky se starjí na pobočkách. A podle vlastní zkušenosti musím říct, že velmi dobře.

  Warning: This bank is not really ready to deal with customers in person. Tried to deliver some important documents myself to make sure they don't get lost during transit, however the guy on reception was completely confused and didn't have clue what to do with these documents, my confidence that they'll get delivered properly are now even lower than if I'd be sending them via Czech Post. It's a shame especially for a bank.
