::Pohodový postup při podání zásilky. Někdy je lepší doručit to do jejich kanceláře v daném nebo nejbližším městě, je to mnohdy levnější a rychlejší. Celková spokojenost. Trošku se liší ceny na internetu od ceny na této pobočce, sice se mi to snažili vysvětlit, ale nechápu to, když celá firma jede online.

::Tried to ship with DHL Express drop-off method and it was a total waste of time: self service terminals didn't work, never ending waiting time due to super slow internet connection, meaningless error messages.. Personnel was unable to provide any support.
