  Jediné místo, kde byly k sehnání baterie AAAA, a kde si prodavačka nemyslela, že jsem se spletla a myslela jsem AAA. 😉

  They will tell you anything in order to make a sale. Yes, they will bluntly lie to you regarding the model of the products you want to buy, or the warranty conditions. Then, when things go wrong (like the product you bought there does not work), and you confront them with the lies they told you upon purchase they will just give a bland apology but will not take responsibility. Do not even come close to this place even if you see cheaper prices.

  The worst service provided when picking up goods after the payment. Had to wait 15 minutes to pick up a small item. Arrogant staff.

  All Datarts are the same and this one is not an exception. It is good to come and see what some peace of electronics looks like in reality, maybe try it and ask the assistants some questions about it (assistants are generally polite and helpful). However, it is almost never good for actual purchases: there are always better offers online. Additionally, given that the sortiment is not exceptional, it is not always possible to use Datarts even for the mentioned "exploratory" purposes. On the upside, they handle returns quite nicely.

  Mnoho zaměstnanců v modrých košilích. Jakmile chcete poradit zmizí kdesi mezi regály, nebo se baví mezi sebou a musíte je z rozhovoru vytrhovat a ještě se cítit trapně, že něco chcete. Pokud si chcete něco koupit na splátky, je půjčka od HomeCreditu vázaná na kreditní kartu a to Vám ani neřeknou, že po třech splátkách, Vám nenápadně začnou účtovat za pojištění 100 Kč/měsíc a neřeknou Vám to. Šmejdi. Přehlednost výpisu kreditní karty, kterou jste ani nechtěli, chtěli jste úvěr, je naprosto úděsný a tak se Vám snadno stane, že třeba nezaplatíte splátku. Na přehledu výpisu kreditní karty je napsáno: Nic neplaťte vše je urazeno. Děs a veliký podvod. A Datart? Ten od toho dává ruce pryč. No jistě nabízíme něco za co neručíme. V Datartu už nenakupuju. Smolík.
