  Хамство и грубость на рецепции отеля ночью 29 июня у нас задержали рейс в Праге и мы с родителями зашли в отель чтоб снять номер. На рецепции женщина очень недовольно ответила что номеров нет. Когда попросили ее помочь посоветовать ближайший отель, она грубо сказала что не намерена разговаривать с какими-то русскими а когда родители, пожилые люди, присели в лобби чтоб решить куда идём дальше, она начала орать на нас чтоб мы убирались вон из отеля и вызвала охрану. Родители, сотрудники консульства Венгрии были оскорблены неадекватным поведением сотрудницы отеля, я требую чтоб она публично принесла им извинения. Подобные сотрудники уничтожают репутацию этого хорошего отеля и должны быть оштрафованы. Rudeness and boorishness at the reception of the hotel at night On June 29, we had delay a flight in Prague and my parents and I went to the hotel to reserve the room. At the reception, the woman very unhappyly replied that there were no rooms. When asked to help advise the nearest hotel, she said rudely that she did not intend to talk with some Russians and when my parents, elderly people, sat down in the lobby to decide where to go next, she started yelling at us so that we would get out of the hotel and call for security . Parents, employees of the Hungarian consulate were offended by the inadequate behavior of the hotel stuff, I demand that she publicly apologize to them. Such stuff destroy the reputation of this good hotel and must be fined.

  Ikke prisen værd da både lokation og betjening taler imod den pris de tager for deres værelser og særligt de varer de sælger ved receptionen er dyre og fik købt lidt forskelligt hvoraf 2 ting var over sidste salgsdato

  Hi, I have stayed in this hotel for only two nights, but the change was for three nights, even though they knew, when I was checking out. By mistake I have paid the three nights bill, using my Mastercard. Marriott has sent the complaint for review to finance department for approval. In addition the bathroom shower leeks through the tiled wall and the wallpaper on other side has peeled off. I have photos. Does Marriott have quality control, or maintenance control? For the money charged the room was overpriced. It was room no 703.

  Fint og rent lufthavnshotel. 2 min gåtur fra ankomst hallen.

  Godt lufthavns hotel. Meget langsom servering i restauranten
