  The staff tried to put away MULTIPLE TIMES approx. 40 Czech Koruna after we gave 100 Czech Koruna and we were supposed to pay around 60 CK! As far as we can see this is a REGULAR occurence in the Czech Republic similarly to the Castle area in Prague where they try to short change you or just plainly put away the whole amount of money that you gave (as 1000 Czech Koruna!) for them to change, they also say constantly different prices for services (such as tour guide service etc.) to different customers!!! Watch out with people in this country, especially in Prague!!!

  Very bad, watery coffee, unfriendly staff, dirty toilets (not that this will matter to Slavs, as that is normal for the Untermensch in eastern Europe), the one in the Palác Lucerna mall across the street is slightly better (toilet is still filthy though)

  The stuff wouldnt let me use the toilet urgently as the lights were off and i am aparently too much differ from them when it gets to using toilet to go to their personnel's one.they cant be serious... Prague,Vodickova branch

  Coffee drinkable, but ice cold apple pie? I asked if they could heat it up a little, they started laughing in my face and said NO. Worst service I've experienced in a coffe shop ever. Never again!
