  Great Hotel! Incredibly friendly staff - especially Svetlana the morning hostess at the New York Cafe. She will greet you with a smile that will be sure to start your day off in the very best way.

  a really nice place - an old bank.turned into a swish 5* hotel at the edge of Praha just around the corner from main train station (don't panic you cannot hear it) however you can feel the trams running past which is surreal the first time which I would expect most hotels have a similar issue - great breakfast spread for every taste from cooked to continental- don't forget your bucks fizz for breakfast - good size rooms and always kept clean and topped up mini bar coffee/tea and water - don't worry about views as everything is the same height where ever you go - frankly you are more likely out of the room and enjoying the surrounding area bars restaurants and shops (including the crazy Thai massage shops which always seem the draw a crowd) from Boscola it's not to far to get to all the main features around 25 minutes to Charles bridge and 15 to the old town - hotel.has an amazing spa swimming pool area which is underground and you are provided with a bath robe and slippers so straight from your room and then to the spa level no hassle be prepared as everything is blue so a little dark at first (reminded me of a nightclub in Bratislava :0) ) however the facilities are top notch as is the hotel really like the fact you can sit in the old vault to play games and see inside the other mini vaults - and in the main hall you can.see the original tellers windows - nice bit if history kept - will be back some day as enjoyed our stay

  Great hotel. Beautiful decor, big lobby and great spa! Gym has the basics you need in travel. World class service! Rooms was a bit small and dark, could do with a slight face-lift...

  If you are looking for an extraordinary place to stay, this is the most excellent hotel In the very heart of Prague. Individual approach which fulfils all your wishes you didn't know you had is standard at Boscolo. From first hand experience I would like to pass on all the positive vibes of any of the personnel. They work hand in hand and look after their guests as if they were their own family. It's a honest, warm and embracing attitude from the bottom of their soul. One hint :-) Give it a try and join a morning yoga session at the swimming pool, it's a enchanting start of a new day. And a massage by Max or a cosmetic treatment by Jana feels like a gate to heaven :-)

  Good hotel, good management. A lot of Russian people work there. Pretty good breakfast. Location of the hotel is good as well. As expected good spa area. But I have to say we had complications with our breakfast, cause somebody checked in for us. Everything else was fine.
