  Horrible customer service. extremely slow employees. It's like they hired sloths and also, the self pay side of cashing out it's an absolute mess.

  Worst service ever. Ladies on cash desk (self cash desk included) don't know what is customer service at all. In my case when I said that bar code can not be scanned she simply started to scream at me that I should use another side. And when I said that it doesn't work as well and it is actually her work to help I got an answer "you can't speak to me like this". When I said that I will call her manager and will complain that she doesn't do her job I got an answer "call whoever you want and say whatever you want". Don't waste your time and nerves and simply go to Tesco/Billa.

  The woman at the counter was very rude, unpolite and agressive. I will never buy again from them.

  I’ve been stopped and accused of having stolen from the supermarket. Like I’m going to steal a pepper.... I’m not sure how much money the lose from someone stealing groceries. For sure they have lost a customer. The best part is that they accused without any proof. My buying experience can be described as: I want to buy some of their products. I’m being stopped, called thief and publicly humiliated. I leave the supermarket without buying anything and I’ll never return.
