::Dear Ags, Unfortunately, I am facing some problems with ags India: 1. Ags india (Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe) want me to pay 1000 € on their behalf for customs clearance (not taxes I already paid) although they did not inform me properly about the required documents and according their own terms and conditions they have to pay for the damage they are responsible for. 2. Ags india (Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe) does not proceed with the damage claims. There are damages on my vehicles and furniture shipped by ags India to Germany due to shipment and Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe are refusing to proceed by holding back some documents. They even do not reply to a letter my legal representative. 3. Ags india (Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe) never gave a satisfying answer regarding the attached picture. The right side is showing the carbon copy of the inventory list I signed and received after packing the container. The right side is showing a scan copy of the original. As one can see there are differences in the column indicating damages... When I signed that document there were no numbers indicating any damages.
