  The hotel is situated in a very accessible location. Access to public transport is easy and not very far from the city centre. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Everything is clean and presentable. Thr prices are very reasonable. The hotel has a spacious car park and there was the availability of an ATM at the reception. The only downside however is we found no refrigerator in the room. There was also no air conditioning as the room was very hot. We were however offered a tabletop fan (after inquiring at the reception) at a deposit of 500 Czech crowns; equivalent to about € 18 euros at the time. But all in all it served most of our needs.

  It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. It's ok for young people, but for the same cost you could find a better deal. They don't leave you any bedsheets, so you have to get them from the lobby yourself. The dishes in the cafeteria are always only half clean and you have to clean up after yourself. The building has 21 floor or more, yet only 3 elevators, so you'd be using the stairs very often. However, the bathrooms are good and clean and most of the food is ok. All in all, it's not that bad, but for that price one would expect much better.

  My sister and I stayed here for a week. We were lucky to have the room, which fits six, to ourselves for the duration, so we had our own shower and toilet. The staff here are friendly and speak a variety of languages. There is a kicker table in the lobby along with lockers, which unfortunately, you need to pay for. Breakfast was simple but better than that of many other hostels. I can't speak to lunch and dinner as we didn't book those. The one complaint I have is that the pressure and temperature from the taps and the shower fluctuated quite a lot. That makes it 4/5 stars with a definite recommendation.

  The location is good. Close tklo the trams stops and and few more minutes away from the metro station. The buildings d rooms look good. Recently renovated. The service at the check in desk however, are not so great. The customer service skills are questionable. They made a mistake with my booking and then had me waiting over 40 minutes for no real reason. One of the guys asked me to wait 5 minute for his colleague. When she turned up, she had no idea about my situation and the guy was there not even explaining anything or even trying to help. I continued to wait patiently thinking that the person I was waiting for had no turned up yet. I eventually approached the desk again and the lady helped sort it out. But even then she didn't quite sort my room out to the specs of what I actually booked.

  I always like the facilities that A&O Hostel Hotel chain provides. And I'm satisfied during my stay in Prague with A&O Hostel Prag Rhea. It's clean, comfortable, the staffs are welcome and professional. The unfortunate thing is too far for the city center but you will never regret because you can see the Prague view from the building. It was amazing! Towels, TV, shower gel are also provided. The hostel is also closed to the supermarkets, restaurants, fitness center, bus stop and Tram station
