  UPC Ceská republika is so far behind times and so set on taking customer's money that it requests customers who want to cancel a certain subscription or the whole contract to send by post a hand signed paper to their address, yes, for real, a physical paper with hand signature and customer data enclosed (Name, contract number, phone number, email address). They haven't heard yet about customer authentication over telephone to manage customer requests. This is actually a known method to discourage customers to terminate their services and I am pretty sure it is illegal and against European Union’s regulations. Why am I so sure? because when you want to upgrade your service, a written email is enough, so they clearly try to discourage customers to terminate their subscriptions by making it a little bit more difficult to do it, then, from what I've heard, they pretend they did not received the letter, so if you want to quit a UPC service subscription make sure you sent the letter with a receiver receipt to be able to prove the date they received it. I am personally very disappointed with this company's behavior towards their customers.

  Not recommended. Bad customer service. They simply don’t care. Cheating in the bills

  Unbelievable how much of resentment can cause this company. Just everything they do makes you want to scream&swear and never use the internet again! performance is poor, they have ridiculous loyalty program, they do not mind to charge twice for the same period and the list goes on.
