  I booked for “brief introduction to Prague city” . Our guide “Yaqoob” was very friendly and excellent in giving us all the important notes about the city. The trip is highly recommended

  Dinner cruise- The staff was kind. The food was good. I wish we were able to see better sights tho. It was too dark to see anything good except the Prague castle which was hard to photograph. It would have been nice to have free drinks/coffee like other dinner cruises we had searched.

  The tour was ridiculous. First, the tour bus was designed for children. My brother and I had to hunch our shoulders inward to be able to sit next to each other. You could not hear the tour guide at all, not that it matters...he had virtually no information to provide. Both the tour guide and the automated guide (on the bus and the boat) would refer to a site but not actually indicate which building they were talking about. The walking tour of the Jewish quarter included all of one stop and less than 5 minutes of narration, which failed to include some rather fascinating history about the site that we heard about elsewhere. Don't waste your money.

  Terezín Memorial - Theresienstadt Insgesamt sehr enttäuschende 5 Stunden: Die Abholung von der Unterkunft erfolgte zu Fuß statt mit Fahrer. Die Sprachkenntnisse unseres Guides waren ungenügend und auch die Aussprache war schlecht. Die Führung durch die kleine Festung Theresienstadt durch einen gebuchten Guide entfiel, da in der Anlage Filmarbeiten stattfanden. Von dieser Information waren alle Beteiligten - inklusive des Guides von Premiant city tour - sehr überrascht. Wir buchten also eine Tour nach Theresienstadt mit Führung für knapp 30 € pro Person um dann keine qualifizierte Führung zu erhalten. Der Eintritt vor Ort kostet lediglich 4 € pro Person. Der Guide rannte mit uns durch die Anlagen ohne qualifizierte Informationen zu vermitteln. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!
