  This is a formal complaint regarding a guide named Nick and a driver of the bus. Before hopping on the bus I showed the ticket to Nick and he took the ticket and said grab a seat and he'll come and see me shortly. The bus departed from the main tram station and after a few minute Nick came to me and said I got into a wrong bus that my ticket is with 'CitySightingPrague'. He said he mistakenly let me in because the ticket looks the same and he said that he will drop me off at Zizkov tower. It is my first time here in Prague so I am not familiar with the places and it was rainning outside so I didnt want to stand and wait for my bus back to the main station. So I refused to get off and I insisted to get off at main station as the bus goes in cycle. The driver said I need to get off otherwise he would call the police and I said go ahead. The bus continued and after while it stopped where Worldwide bus was. As I was getting off the bus driver was being extremly rude, asked about my nationality and started insulting infront of everyone that I am not normal and insulting about Koreans. I have recorded everything on camera with their and things the driver said to me. If they do not apologize for their terrible way of handling their mistake and racism in proper manner, I will go ahead and publish on every social media I can think of and I am very willing to contact people on local news.

  They said that it arrives every ten minutes , I kept waiting for 25 minutes very poor service they left a lot of ppl without picking them up

  The two stars are for (1) stops / coverage of the city tour, (2) helpfulness of the ticket seller at the booth in front of the Powder Gate. The remaining is just disappointing. Some buses are okay (clear window glasses, clean, decent for touring), some buses are just not for hop on hop off (too small, dark window tint). The assistants on the bus are hopeless. Not friendly and helpful. When we hopped off the bus to get on the boat cruise at 3pm, they didnt bother to tell us in advance that we might have missed it so we got there seeing the cruise leaving us.

  I'd give it 0 if I could. This is NOT the tour for anyone. More like a scam. Still trying to find the boat ride. Bought a2 day pass and I'm really pissed. Try another tour. Any other tour would be better than this!

  If there is 0 star, I would give it to this hop on/off. It's like a scam. The bus is small, not possible for sight seeing. The route doesn't go by the sights any ways. You have to walk, sometimes quite a distance. It's not really hop on and off as mostly likely you would get one chance of on and off and your day is over. It's absolutely the worst. Avoid. Wish I had read the review before purchasing the ticket. You would be much better off just go with hired tours or even free walking tours.
