    Newly renovated and clean, centrally located, has a different feel about it compared to typical medical institutions one usually would expect in Czech.

    Terrible service. This clinic doesnt give any apropiate service to non Czech speakers. I went the first time with chest pain and what they gave me was just omeprazol. 1 month after I went again and the lady at the reception looks like she just came out of an after hour party just minutes ago (poor service) and the doctor when she saw me second time (first time we managed to clarify all but apparently this second time her English wasnt good) just told me.......YOU MUST VISIT AN ENGLISH DOCTOR........ The funny thing is that they took all the information from my insurance to charge the inexisting service. AVOID THIS CLINIC IS JUST FROM CZECHS FOR CZECHS.

    I knocked on the doctor's door and the nurse came out and and asked for insurance and instantly slammed the door on my face, & she made two couples who came after me to get inside earlier. Very horrible & unprofessional

    Wait only 10 min before meet doctor without termin. At first visit everyone was polite and fast. In reception one girl speaks English, but doctor don't. And free Wi-Fi😀

    Terrible customer service. The doctors may be good, but for for the last four years I spent on average 1 hour with bureacracy for 5 minutes with doctor (different one each time). They don't pick up phones, ignore e-mails and when I needed vaccine for yellow fewer they sent me to different hospital. GP around the corner could do it himself. When I asked for exercept from my documentation for this purpose, they had to do it again from scratch even though they did it two months ago, because the doctor back then did it by hand and it wasn't saved in their records... How can you trust such organisation with your health?
