  It is my favorite vet clinic to go with my dog in Prague and I have been to many places during the 6 years I've had my dog! They were the only place where they were able to help my dog with a difficult healing after a surgery (in another clinic they were ready to feed my dog with antibiotics for 3 months while they were looking at me as if I was hysterical; here they listened to me and came up with an idea which was working almost instantly and my dog was healed in 2 weeks). All the staff are very kind, helpful and listen to you with patience, they will never ridicule you or be rude as it sometimes happen in other places. Also, they do not try to offer you treatments your dog doesn't need or sell you too expensive medicine/products. They respect clients and do not try to trick them into paying more money as is often the case in Czech vet clinics! I can recommend this place as the best one.

  Se službami i přístupem jsem vždy byla spokojena, ale dvě hvězdičky ubírám za naprosto přestřelené ceny, kvůli kterým veterinu navštěvuji, jen když z časových důvodů opravdu nestíhám dojet jinam. Na svém pejskovi nešetřím, ale platit dvakrát tolik než u jiných kvalitních zvěrolékařů mi připadá zbytečné.

  Přístup k našim kočkám byl a je naprosto profesionální. Jednu vytáhli hrobnikovi z lopaty. Ceny trochu vyšší, ale přístup perfektní. Na péči o kočky si nemůžeme stěžovat. Diagnostika na špičkové úrovni.
