::Personally, I'm absolutely pleased with the level of services, the atmosphere and comfort. Comparing to my bad experience with some other salons in Prague, this one knows the meaning of the right attitude towards clients and qualitative services. The first place I visited where the depilation with sugar is almost painless, without bruises and ingrown hair. Also tried eyelash curling and after 2 month it still remains. Recommend.

::I have been living in Prague for many years and so far Exclusive beauty clinic is the best one i came accross in this city. Oxana, the owner of the clinic is highly proffesional, i love the fact that everything she does, she tries first on herself and so can recommend best treatments for her clients. Very reasonably priced for the perfect quality. I am her regular custumer and even while curently living in Dubai, always coming back to her for some " makovers" .

::I can say that over email they were really nice - and very flexible - and always really fast to respond to me. I had to change the appointment on short notice because of a small accident and they were very accommodating. They also spoke very good english which is a plus because I dont speak Czech. But in the end, I did not finally do the procedure with them and ill tell you why. First, when I showed up in person at the clinic, the price that they had written me about changed. They are already one of the more expensive options out there - but when they showed me the new price - it was a little too much. I sent them a picture of the style I wanted and they responded the price was 3.5K for upper eyelid. But when I showed up, they wanted an additional 1.5K. Thing is, I sent them a picture of what I wanted and the price they quoted was 3.5K - but when I came, they said because the style required more ink - the price would be higher. Why they didnt tell me that on email since I sent them the exact style I wanted? One other thing put me off - they got really defensive when I asked them if they were certified to do treatment (permanent eyeliner). Maybe there is no certification required in Czech Republic - but their reaction made me hesitant. With respect, their reply below is NOT honest. They did NOT tell me they were certified - but instead asked me "why do you ask? are you a journalist?" - this was the main red flag. I also asked them where their dyes are made? I did not want to put something from China.. I simply wanted to make sure it was made in EU (and it was NOT) Look - I dont say their work is not good/professional. They were very pretty ladies and its obvious they took good care of the appearance of the place. It was clean and neat. I just didnt like their approach.

::This place was GREAT!! They fit me in on the day I rang which was so helpful and my leg wax was done with some sort of sugar wax - we don't get it in the U.K and it was excellent. Much less painful and the results are great. The lady that carried out my treatment was lovely and if I was in Prague again I'd definitely be going here for any beauty needs. Highly recommend!!
