  Terrible customer service! My boyfriend doesn't speak English,and wanted to export a car;this was a huge problem for AAA representatives;they either did not communicate (only promised to call the next day-for many days) at all OR were arrogant. The same approach was towards me as a Czech native speaker. Terrible. We did not make any purchase.

  Very bad experience with this dealership, if you buy any used car here make sure you bring it to your mechanic as they often neglect to tell you all the issues with the vehicles. We were supposed to buy a Caddilac here, we brought it to our mechanic who said that there were approximately 16000 KC worth of repairs and that the car was dangerous and would probably break down in a few months. Most of the problems were not listed by the dealership of course and when we brought it up to the manager asking for a discount he just gave us attitude and told us that they knew about the issues.... In other words they were trying to rob us if they knew about the issues and didn't mention them or write them anywhere. Be very careful at this dealership as they use many cheap tricks, but ironically they are not very good sellers.

  Terrible dealer. Bought a Porsche cayenne for almost 1 million czech krouns. Came with 3 year warranty or 30000kms . After just 4 days the air suspension totally broke and start function broken. The reply was it is a 5 year old car so it's not their problem. Car is now undrivable and no one helps me. Will have to fight this out in court. Cannot believe I paid so much mo ey to have a working car for less than 1 week and then they tell me it's my car now and not their problem!! What a shocker!!!

  I have sold my car here. They have offered the best price here. About 15% more than another second-hand car show rooms. It took a lot of time. And we finished about 22.00. But they gave me a car with driver to go home. So I can recommend this company when you need to sell old car. But you should bargain. Of course Managers tries to reduce price of your car.
