  Trying rooms , I mean all of them, are very dirty as you can see on the pic. I asked if they ever clean it, the response was that they don’t have enough time. And it’s true because there was only ONE girl working in the trying rooms area. Such thing is really unacceptable and humiliating for a brand like Zara.

  Service staff is very unpleasant and If you want to buy clothes that have some defects – any discounts are not made, in contrast to such an opportunity in other stores(another brand).

  The staff are friendly and the store is quite large. However, better communication with the store downtown should be established. We were looking for a jacket that they took 30 minutes to find because they didn't know where in the store it was!

  All of the clothes in the store smells smoke since it is a smooking cafeteria right beside.. Disgusting!

  I understand it's the sales period and stock taking and the stores are busy but my last experience was pretty bad.the cash desk in the ladies part was closed without any sign...we had to wait until a lady told us to go and queue again in the MENS part...then my jeans beeped at the door as the security tag was left there...I think it is all caused by poor management..
