  Worst branch of the worst bank in Prague. When I went in for a new card I was asked by the lady to go to pick it up rather than have it sent to me as "that would require typing". I had to explain to her that as I work travelling 45 minutes across Prague was more of an inconvenience so could she please type in the new address. She presumably did not want to type as the card was not delivered. I called several times to try to find out where it was they kept telling me it was coming. I called to follow up today and was finally told by the lady on the phone that they had no idea where the card is and that "it's not my problem". I now have to go in to start the whole process over again, it's almost been a month and I still don't have a bank card. After all that the lady on the phone hung up on me without apologizing, I'm 80% sure that the card will not be there on Thursday.

  Asi nejmilejší pobočka Unicredit Bank v Praze, všichni jsou moc nápomocní, přirozeně ochotní a opravdu milí, tam řešit nějaký problém je prostě radost!

  Po 14 dnech čekání na telefonát, že mi přišla na pobočku karta, který se ne uskutečnil. Jsem šla na pobočku s tím, jestli už tam náhodou není a bylo mi řečeno, že ještě ani neposlali žádost o výrobu. A bylo mi řečeno, že budu čekat dalších 10 dní. Vzhledem k tomu, že odjíždím do zahraničí na 14 dní, tak je to velice nepříjemné.
