  On the fence about this one. On the plus side this little hotel restaurant seems to share a kitchen with the fancy lounge bar next door and that definitely translates to the food quality which is high. On the minus side when there is a rush, the orders lounge bar in question get preferential treatment which may, as in this case, result in an hour and a half wait for the food. While the communication of the delay wasn't as prompt as I would have liked either it did come with complimentary drinks and a small discount as recompense. The staff is very nice and the restaurant itself cozy. If you aren't in a hurry definitely go for the food. One definite downside was, for whatever reason, it was only mentioned that we could not pay by card when the bill was presented.

  It was a really staying. The food was very delicious. The only thing to mention it can be too long to wait 30 mins with children, however they probably handle those situations differently.

  Lovely cosy restaurant, great atmosphere. Tomato soup was beautiful, goulash not so much but could just be me. Beef Goulash for main was very nice as was the chicken with mozzarella. Make sure you order sides as they do not come with main course. 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 side and 2 drinks cost us 30 including the tip. Great service.

  Delicious traditional meals, very friendly and helpful owner, family business restaurant. Very reasonable price. A must when in Prague!!

  My sisters and I had had a lovely week in Prague and had enjoyed lots of great meals but had mostly walked into the city centre. We found this restaurant on our last night there and it was only 5 mins from our apartment in Karmelitska. It was definitely the best meal we had had. Lovely cosy little restaurant, excellent food and lovely staff. A little gem.
