  Amazing hotel centrally located and fabulous roo.s.Staff are very helpful and courteous I highly recommend this hotel amd look forward to returning again in the future.

  Very nice hotel with a perfect location! I think Prague is ”a walking city” so the central location of the hotel is very important. (in my opinion) The decoration is quite fancy and the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed. Also the room was always nice and clean when we got back from the city. The breakfast is a typical hotel-breakfast, it’s nothing so special but there’s something for everyone and everything tasted and looked delicious! You can also order something from the kitchen.The restaurant at breakfast is nice and not too crowded. I recommend having a drink in the garden in the evening! :)

  Nice rooms. Breakfast was great too. Reasonably priced restaurant. Friendly staff. Walking distance from old town. 5-7 minutes walk to palladium mall. 10 -15 mins walk to the astronomical clock. Free flow of mulled wine at the lobby. Improvements that can be done: wished the concierge was more helpful. providing more information.
