  MDDr. Vanda Urbánková je veľmi šikovná a milá. Najprv s pacientom všetko trpezlivo preberie a počas zákroku máte prehľad čo Vám robí. Som s ňou maximálne spokojná.

  Extremely rude and everyone I called on the phone refused to speak English, there are many other places in Prague, avoid this one. They hung up the phone if you ask "mluvite anglicky". Ridiculous !!!

  I had toothache. I wasn't sure about ringing so I sent an email...no reply. I decided to go along and was faced with a closed door which I knocked on. No reply. I waited until someone came out when I asked the woman showing the other people out if she spoke English and could help me. She couldn't speak England and basically shut the door in my face. By this time I had bad tooth pain and felt like crying. I decided to try ringing, but there were separate numbers listed for the different dentists. The first number I rang upon asking if they spoke English they said "Nooooo" and put the phone down on me. The second one hearing me ask "Do you speak English" put the phone down on me. I gave up and went elsewhere. Its nearly a week later and I still haven't had a reply to the original email. Take my advice don't bother, there are other English speaking dentists in Prague.
