  I wonder how you choose your receptionists... At first, I wanted to buy a spinning membership. When I asked about the prices the girl in the reception almost angry told me that everything is in your website. I wanted to pay with Fokus pass that is why I went there. She told me it was possible. Then I order a membership through the internet as she suggested me. Today I went there (this time another receptionist was there this time). She was even worst than the first girl. She said that I cannot pay with Fokus pass because it was through internet. She didn't offer a solution. Please make them learn some basics on customer service!
