  Very good location, friendly and hospitable staff, very good accommodation, very clean, historic building, reasonable prices, breakfast could be better.

  로비 직원이 저를 도둑 취급했습니다. 체크아웃 하고 짐을 맡기고는 나가서 점심을 먹고 들어왔더니 굉장히 비싼 코스메틱제품을(록시땅????;; ) 가져갔다면서 내놓던지 돈을 내라더라구요. 로비에 사람들 지나다니는 복도에서 짐을 풀어서 가져가지 않은걸 보여줘야 했고.. 담당자는 그제서야 하우스 키퍼랑 다시 전화하더니 가져 가지 않은것을 확인 했습니다. 애초에 그 어메니티는 나에게 제공된 적도 없었습니다. 명품도 아니고 겨우 록시땅 때문에 도둑 취급을 받았다니 더 화가 납니다. 고객을 도둑 취급해서 돈뜯어낼려는 최악의 호텔입니다.

  Excellent hotel, very comfortable and beautiful room decor, nice friendly hotel staff - would definitely return here if i come back to Prague!

  We only stopped by for breakfast because it was on the way to the Charles Bridge. It was a great choice though. The staff was very friendly and the food was served quite fast. I had the eggs benedict which is their speciality and it did not disappoint. Good place to stop for a quick. It's before your day!
