  This feedback is after 4 months as a Raiffeisen bank customer. The service is absolutely perfect. You must to schedule the meeting before come because they are very committed with quality of service. I was received by Alena that is an amazing person and very qualified and committed professional. She knows about every bank process and she is very attentive. Once I asked for example about the availability of the Samsung Pay in Czech Republic and I showed her a Russian announcement about the technology and she helped me to understand about the availability, so I have just positive feed about her. For the new customers, about credit card, it's necessary to wait 3 months of salary to request the credit card, and to buy online is needed to request and wait 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the service, it's an excellent bank.
